Where we lend

We have been helping people buy their own homes in England and Wales for over 150 years.

Can anyone have a mortgage with The Nottingham?

Our mortgages are available if you’re:
  • buying your first home
  • selling your current home and buying a new one
  • remortgaging - that is, staying in your current home but wanting to move your current mortgage on it to us
  • buying a property to let out
  • moving your existing buy to let mortgage to us
  • looking to buy business premises in England and Wales.
These web pages give details about the different mortgages we offer to new borrowers or existing borrowers who are moving home. Existing borrowers moving home who are currently within a tie-in period may have to pay an early repayment charge if they wish to switch to a new mortgage product.
