Valuation fee

If your selected product does not include a free valuation, you'll need to pay the cost of a basic mortgage valuation, but may also choose a homebuyer survey and valuation. The cost of these will depend on the purchase price of the property. The fee charged will be added to the loan when the mortgage completes.
