As one of the country’s leading regional building societies, we have a network of 33 branches covering the Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, North Derbyshire and South Yorkshire areas and our Head Office in central Nottingham.

Our branch teams comprise branch managers, senior customer advisers/mortgage advisers and both full and part time customer advisers. For the manager and senior roles you will need to be a CeMAP qualified mortgage adviser, however we can support further training to this level if you have started working towards this qualification. As a customer adviser you do not necessarily need building society experience, provided you have excellent interpersonal skills and sales ability, along with cash handing and PC skills. In all roles we provide excellent training and career development opportunities.

Our Head Office teams include finance, audit, marketing, IT, customer services, mortgage services, and human resources along with other vital support teams to aid the smooth running of the business. We look for team members with relevant experience, as well as providing excellent opportunities to train.
