    • Your customer adviser is your first point of contact when you’re thinking of putting your home on the market. They’ll match your property with prospective buyers and agree how and when you’d like us to get in touch. They’ll also arrange viewings (we can also carry out viewings for you if you prefer)
    • Your property business manager will visit you at home to really understand your circumstances and complete a full market and property appraisal. They’ll take the time to pull out your home’s unique features to appeal to potential buyers. And they’ll make sure your property details are of the highest standard with photography highlighting the best of your home, floorplans* and an Energy Performance Certificate*
