Management Milestones is The Nottingham’s leadership development programme. The programme has been designed to support people managers in identifying and pursuing their development needs. It involves the use of workbooks, questionnaires, skills workshops, e-learning and complementary coaching sessions.
We support the attainment of professional qualification. Support can be demonstrated by the meeting of costs associated with studying a Professional Qualification, study leave or time to complete your exams.
