- Accountable
- Respectful

- Working together
- Supporting our communities.

We reward your great performance across the Society and we’re always evolving how we recognise our employees, whether that’s through, long service awards, training and development, internal promotions, performance related benefits or through opportunities to support our partners like Leicester Tigers and Nottingham Panthers!
Doing the right thing for our communities
We encourage you to lend your time and talent to the local community by accommodating two days paid leave for volunteering every year. You can choose a charity or cause close to your heart or get involved in projects coordinated by our community team. Since 2011 over 4,700 hours of team volunteering have been donated.
You could develop valuable management skills as a volunteer business adviser with our charity partner Young Enterprise. Each September we offer you the chance to help that next generation build their business skills by taking part in some volunteering. We have worked with Young Enterprise since 2015, financially supporting around 1,200 students to undertake their flagship company programme through more than 30 volunteers gifting 1,000 hours of support. This year-long programme sees students set up and run a real business under the watchful eye of a volunteer business adviser.
