Leicester estate agent achieves property qualification of excellence
Months of hard work and dedication have paid off for Leicester estate agent Cara Peabody, who has passed her industry exams with flying colours after swapping retail for residential.
Cara, who joined our Harrison Murray Estate Agency Halford Street branch in 2012, has attained her National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) QCF Level 3 Technical Award certificate in The Sale of Residential Property.
A nationally recognised industry qualification, the Technical Award meets the National Association of Estate Agents’ (NAEA) membership requirements.
The qualification takes in all aspects of residential property estate agency, even down to recognising dry rot in a property!
Delighted Cara (pictured), who has recently been promoted to senior negotiator, said: “It was important for me to secure this recognised qualification as an estate agent.
“I wanted to pass the NAEA as soon as I was given the opportunity. It was very time consuming but I am really glad to receive my certificate and have gained so much knowledge along the way.
“Not only is this a personal achievement, but also a mark of professionalism and trust, giving reassurance to customers that Harrison Murray adheres to the highest professional standards, and that we as a team are qualified and knowledgeable estate agents.”
Zara Laxman, senior residential manager at Halford Street, added: “I am delighted for Cara. She has worked extremely hard towards attaining this qualification and thoroughly deserves recognition and credit for her achievement.”
