We're off the starting line for SportsAid 2015!

We’re proud to be supporting 50 of our brightest stars on the road to sporting success through the charity SportsAid.

This is our third year of supporting the charity and this year’s athletes were announced at a launch event at Nottingham Forest’s City ground. Covering 25 sports from Archery to Waterskiing, the athletes are some of our brightest hopes for future Olympics and Paralympics and many are already competing for their country.

The event was attended by two of this year’s athletes, 18 year old judo star Jodie Caller the current U21 UK gold medallist and 25 year old Dave Butler part of the newly-promoted Team GB goalball team that hold the current European gold medal. Both gave a demo of their sports as well as answering questions from representatives from across the business and hearing about last year’s branch fundraising activity.

Dave said ‘It was fantastic to meet all the team from The Nottingham and Harrison Murray today. The support and fundraising they can give will be invaluable over the next year and really looking forward to working with them.’
