We want to make sure that our tenants are happy from the moment they move into their rental accommodation. To ensure that we can achieve this, in the same way we vet our tenants, we also carefully vet our landlords and only agree to manage properties once we are satisfied that the house or flat is in line with regulatory standards.

Once you have viewed a property and decided to apply:
- Each applicant will be required to fill in an application form (acceptance of this application does not constitute an offer of a tenancy)
- We will need to confirm your identity and right to rent in the UK
- We will require payment of a holding deposit to secure the property whilst referencing is undertaken, this holding deposit will then be offset against the payment of your deposit and first month’s rent.
An independent company will take up references – these will include your employers, banks and previous landlords.
