Step 2: Provide proof of your identification
As a financial institution, we are required to prevent money laundering and other financial crime. This means that we have to carry out checks when dealing with customers undertaking financial transactions. We do this by operating in line with both Money Laundering Regulations and Financial Conduct Authority guidance, whilst also seeking to limit the impact of these requirements on our customers.
We carry out these checks to help protect the Society and our customers from becoming the victims of financial crime.

Step 4: Check your inbox for e-mail confirmation of your user ID and password
Allow a few days for your forms to reach us through the post. Once we have checked your identification, we will send you a user ID and password. These will be sent in separate e-mails for added security.
Step 5: Activate your account
To activate your account you need to make your first payment. You can do this by standing order or electronic payment from your nominated account. Please note, it can take up to five banking days for your payment to reach your eSavings account.
