Beetroot hummus 

Ingredients

1 x 400g of chickpeas in water, drained and rinsed 
1 x 250g pack cooked beetroot, drained and roughly chopped
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp water
1 clove of garlic, peeled
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
  1. Put all the ingredients into the food processor and combine at full speed
  2. Serve with crudites
