Homelessness homeless charity Framework have been a partner of The Nottingham since 2011. Offering support to thousands of homeless and vulnerable people across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire, the charity offers accommodation services, training and support to help people move away from homelessness forever.
In the last five years, the staff and customers have raised £50,000 to help support its ‘Skills Plus’ programme, delivering life skills to help people live independently. The series of 18 workshops prepares people for the world of volunteering training and employment opportunities with topics such as budgeting, healthy eating, managing a tenancy and being a good neighbour.
For the last four years we have supported two of Framework’s flagship fundraising events, the 'Big Sleep Out' and ‘Do it for Framework’ week raising thousands and supporting our wider community’s fundraising efforts.
Jess Powell, Corporate Partnership Coordinator added: “Many of our services rely on the kindness of local communities and we are always very proud of and grateful for the help we receive from businesses like The Nottingham.”
