Proc fees

Procuration fees are paid either via your mortgage network or your chosen mortgage club within ten days of the mortgage completing.

• For residential and buy-to-let mortgages we pay a procuration fee by BACS of 0.40% of the amount borrowed.
• For foreign nationals/returning ex-pats & RIO mortgages, we pay a procuration fee by BACS of 0.50% of the amount borrowed.
• For limited company buy-to-let mortgages we pay a procuration fee by BACS of 0.55% of the amount borrowed.
• For residential (including foreign national/returning ex-pats) and buy-to-let product transfers, we pay a procuration fee by BACS of 0.30%.
• For limited company buy-to-let and RIO product transfers, we pay a procuration fee by BACS of 0.35%.
