At acquisition: working together for the right outcome

  1. 100% of our business is via intermediaries – you’re at the heart of our business!
  2. We will give you 2 working days’ notice of any product withdrawals.
  3. Upfront we will provide a minimum packaging requirements list to enable you to submit the application as quickly as possible.
  4. We offer direct access to a named underwriter on each new lending case.
  5. We will allow you to switch your clients to a new, cheaper deal, without charge, if one becomes available until the point we receive the Certificate of Title (COT).

Post completion: Supporting your client relationships for the long term

  1. We don’t dual price between intermediary and direct channels at product transfer stage – our best deals will always be available to intermediaries.
  2. We clearly signpost broker advice to customers in the lead up to product maturity, and pay a competitive proc fee.
