Prize 1 – a beautiful, bespoke, hand-painted portrait of your home from Letterfest
For our residential customers, we know your home is more than just bricks and mortar and we want to help you celebrate that.
Do you remember the moment you first stepped through your front door and fell in love with your home? We want you to remember that feeling forever, so our lucky prize winners can choose a hand-painted portrait of their property.
Prize 2 – a £100 B&Q gift card
Maybe you’re not the sentimental type, or perhaps the property you have mortgaged with us is a buy-to-let or commercial building. Either way, it’s likely there’s some nagging little DIY job you’ve been meaning to get round to for a while. Which is why we’re also offering our winners the choice of a £100 B&Q gift card.
How to enter
All you need to do to enter, is complete and return the personal data form enclosed in your annual statement. You’ll also find a prepaid envelope in the statement pack so you won’t need to pay for postage.
You can choose what information to provide and whether or not you’d like to receive marketing messages. And the best part is that you don’t have to provide any new details or consent to enter – just reconfirm your preferences and we’ll put your name in the hat!
The minimum information you need to provide to allow us to process your entry are your name and address, mortgage account number and your signature.

Competition details
All mortgage customers who complete and return a personal information form will be entered into the competition. The closing date for entries is 5.00pm on 28th February 2022 and winners will be chosen at random and contacted for their choice of prize by 5.00pm on 28th March. Why it’s important to update your personal data
