Lettings team awarded prestigious national benchmark
Landlords and tenants who choose HM Lettings have extra peace of mind that they are in safe hands after they achieved prestigious industry recognition.
National body The Association of Residential Lettings agents (ARLA) has rubberstamped the high levels of service and expertise demonstrated by HM Lettings by awarding us an ARLA Propertymark.
ARLA protect consumers and their money by aiming to reassure people renting and letting out property that agents who display the Propertymark logo offer a better service and financial protection for their clients than the alternative*.
That, twinned with the fact that HM Lettings is part of The Nottingham, and therefore an overall customer satisfaction level of 82%**, gives extra reassurance to landlords and tenants, as HM Lettings’ operations manager Stephen Reade explained.
He said: “The hard working HM Lettings team are extremely proud to have been awarded the prestigious ARLA Propertymark, in recognition of our consistently high standards and our passion for, and expertise in, looking after the needs of both landlord and tenant.
“We are absolutely committed to providing the best level of service to our landlords and to manage their properties excellently – for them and for the people who live there.
“Many of the lettings team also individually boast an ARLA Award in Residential Letting and Property Management qualification - where they have had to demonstrate improvements in their existing knowledge in key areas related to residential letting and property management - and the few that don’t are working towards it.”
HM Lettings also recently became part of the society’s Member Rewards initiative, which has already shared over £250,000 in the form of cashbacks, discounts or exclusive savings offers to members who are in the ‘savings habit’ and have at least £500 in an account.
Any qualifying member looking to rent a property can gain from a 20% discount on standard fully-managed fees. There’s also £25 cashback available on a landlord insurance policy taken out via The Nottingham.
Added to that, if they are looking to grow their property portfolio they can also ‘cash in’ on fee-free mortgage advice from the society (typically £249) if they are a qualifying member.
Stephen added: “The Nottingham, of which HM Lettings is an integral part, prides itself on its members and introduced the Member Rewards proposition, which is unique in the financial services sector, last year.
“The lettings team are delighted to now be a part of it too and to be able to potentially reward our current qualifying landlords and those that we work with moving forward.”
