Panthers Regular Saver Issue 2 experience day prize draw terms and conditions

  1. To be eligible for each prize draw you must be a resident in the UK and aged 18 or over.
  2. Employees of Nottingham Building Society, Nottingham Property Services Limited, Nottingham Mortgage Services Limited, Harrison Murray Limited and HM Lettings Limited and their relatives are not allowed to participate.
  3. Each season anyone who opens a Panthers Regular Saver Issue 2 account will be entered into:
    • Up to two Panthers Experience Day prize draws. Each draw winner will win a full VIP tour of the Motorpoint Arena including the Panther’s dressing room. Up to 14 guests will also sit and watch a training session of the players. Plus four tickets to watch a home game at the arena. The game will be the choice of The Nottingham Panthers and booking will be essential.
  4. No cash alternative will be offered.
  5. Dates of prize are fixed and cannot be swapped or changed.
  6. The winner will be the first name drawn and delivery of the prize will be agreed with the winner.
  7. The winner will be informed by email, post or telephone as soon as possible after each draw.
  8. If five days after the date of the draw we have been unsuccessful in making contact with the winner or if the winner is unable to make the date of the experience then we reserve the right to hold a redraw and give the prize to the person then drawn. As these prizes have specific dates, if we are unable to contact a willing recipient of a prize in time, we may not be able to fulfil the full number of prizes on offer.
  9. To ensure our prize draws are transparent, once the winner has accepted their prize, their name and county of residence will be available, by sending a stamped addressed envelope to The Nottingham marked: Nottingham Panthers Experience Day Prize Draws, Nottingham Building Society, Nottingham House, 3 Fulforth Street, Nottingham NG1 3DL. The winner’s name and county of residence may also be published in a printed or online publication of our choice.
  10. Winners may be asked to take part in publicity, including featuring on The Nottingham’s Facebook page.
  11. No correspondence will be entered into.

Terms and conditions for Innovative Young People of 2020 competition

  1. To be eligible for the competition you must be resident in the UK, aged between 10 and 21 on 1st October 2020 and be nominated by an adult aged 18 or over.  
  2. Employees of Nottingham Building Society, Nottingham Property Services Limited, Nottingham Mortgage Services Limited and their relatives are not exempt from making nominations but it must not be someone they are related to. How they know the person they are nominating must be clearly described when they email their nomination to innovative.youngpeople@thenottingham.com.  
  3. The names of people nominated after 9am on the 1st October 2020 and before 5pm on the 30th November 2020, will be entered into the competition, with a chance of winning a £250 tech voucher in each of the following age groups: 10 to 13, 14 to 17 and 18 to 21.
  4. Details provided by the nominators will be used by the competition panel - made up of Nottingham Building Society employees from across its different teams and functions - to determine the winning entries. Non-winner details will be kept for six months after the competition end date before deletion.  Winners’ details will be kept for twelve months before deletion.
  5. The prize is not transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  6. Only one nomination in each age category allowed per nominator.
  7. The winners will be the names deemed, by the aforementioned panel, to be the most deserving candidate in areas such as innovative ideas, entrepreneurial spirit and/or inspirational education, training and development having been evidenced during 2020. There will be one winner from each age group of the competition and final decisions will be based entirely on the information contained within the nominations. Delivery of the prizes will be agreed with the winners as soon as possible after 30th November 2020 by either telephone or email.
  8. If, two weeks after the closing date of the competition, we have been unsuccessful in making contact with the winners, we reserve the right to award the prize/s to another person/people nominated for the competition.
  9. To ensure our competitions are transparent, once the winners have accepted their prizes, their names and counties of residence will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to The Nottingham marked: Innovative  Young People of 2020, PR & Communications team, Nottingham Building Society, Nottingham House, 3 Fulforth Street, Nottingham NG1 3DL. The names of the winners and their counties of residence may also be published in a printed or online publication of our choice. 
  10. The winners will be asked to take part in publicity, including featuring on The Nottingham’s Facebook page and a media release. 
  11. No correspondence will be entered into.
