Lettings manager looks to make his Marc
New Nottinghamshire lettings manager Marc Taylor is excited about the challenge of being part of our expanding lettings division.
Nottingham-born-and-bred Marc, who spent several years working as a lettings expert locally before joining the society on 1 August, explained that joining an estate agency team backed by the country’s ninth largest building society had been a very appealing pull.
He said: “The opportunity of bringing my experience to The Nottingham, and to have the backing of such a prestigious organisation in assisting clients is a challenge I am relishing.
“What is fantastic is that we are able to offer people an ‘all-under-one-roof’ range of products, services and advice and that doesn’t just stop at the property side of things as our building society colleagues can also help with savings and point people in the direction of financial and estate planning and home insurance advice too.
“I have joined a very professional and experienced team and that can only be of benefit to our landlords and tenants.”
Marc, who is based at our Upper Parliament Street branch, joins an experienced team in the county headed by lettings operations manager Stephen Reade and including property manager Laura Janes and negotiator Anthony Bridges, who is also new to the society.
Experienced Laura brings a different dimension to the wide-ranging client offering due to her dedication to and passion for property management services.
She added: “It’s fantastic to welcome Marc to the team at what is a really exciting time for the lettings arm of The Nottingham.
“We offer a multi-tiered property management offering depending on what the client requires. Increasingly, due to the extremely busy lives people lead, they are looking for full property management as part of their lettings package and I pride myself on making sure that property - usually a person’s most expensive asset – is looked after with professionalism and pride.
“It is also important to manage the property properly for the tenant, so that they can live in the property comfortably and without stress.”
