List of changes

  • We've changed our tone of voice
    We're trying to speak more like people instead of a business. To do this we've removed jargon and unnecessary words, and simplified the language throughout.

  • Introduced APP fraud reimbursement rights
    We’ve introduced new rights for you to claim a refund if you’ve been the victim of an APP (authorised push payment) scam. You can learn more about APP scams here.

  • General account management updates
    We've updated our branch opening hours, provided more info on how you can manage your account(s) and removed repetition throughout the terms.
