The Nottingham starts new apprentice scheme
An exciting new apprenticeship scheme started this week at The Nottingham offering eight school leavers an 18-month training programme within the building society and estate agency areas of the business.
Three of the apprentices will join estate agency branches in West Bridgford, Leicester and East Hunsbury in Northamptonshire; two will join the central sales team at the Society’s head office in Nottingham and three will join building society branch teams in Nottingham and Sheffield.
The training scheme will offer NVQ modules in residential property sales to the estate agency apprentices and customer service to the building society trainees, as well as general core business modules. Each of the apprentices will have a comprehensive induction and be supported by mentors throughout the programme.

“The scheme is designed to help to develop skills that the apprentices can use to move into permanent posts in the business and achieve long term careers within our team.”
