Third charity dinner raises £2k for local charities
Long Eaton staff created the perfect recipe to add thousands of pounds to the coffers of local charities.
Following two previous charity dinners raising a total of nearly £5,500 for Forces in the Community, Framework and SportsAid, team members joined colleagues from Beeston, Ilkeston, Netherfield and Stapleford to make it a hat-trick.
The event, at Haveli restaurant in Chilwell, raised another £2,000 – which was split between Beeston-based Forces in the Community - which helps former military personnel get back into work via tailored employment support - and Ben’s Den (The Ben Parker Trust Fund).
