Syston branch in the news
Communication the key to unlocking chain
When shop fitting company manager Steve Roizer contacted our branch for help in selling his house little did he know what was in store.
Steve and wife Jayne were looking for a swift sale of their property in Syston to build the foundations for a move to a new home in nearby Rothley. What happened next was far from that, as a series of unfortunate circumstances saw a sale stall.
Dad-of-two Steve explains: “The house ‘sold’ four times. Amongst other things there was a collapsed chain and one family who were very keen but then pulled out at the very last minute without reason.
“After all the twists and turns, the estate agency team suggested putting the house back on the market and giving it fresh impetus. It was a big decision to make but it immediately attracted new interest and was sold within four days.
“Whether the news was good or bad, Harrison Murray communicated throughout. They make you feel like part of the family. They helped keep our spirits high and assured us they would help sell the property.”
