July 2025: Two-factor authentication addition for extra protection

Your security is our top priority. You can now add an extra layer of security with two-factor authentication. Also, we're welcoming new customers who have already subscribed to an ISA elsewhere in the current tax year.

June 2025: Way more flexibility and in-branch deposits now available

Read the enhancement we made to our app during this month. We've introduced more flexible ISA transfer options, the option for online savers to deposit cash and cheques in-branch, and more flexibility with our regular savers.

May 2025: Helping you get the right support, when you need it

We’ve introduced a simple online journey that makes it easier to let us know if you have any specific support needs. We've also introduced Lifetime ISA bonus notifications, redesigned the hamburger menu and added transaction filters.

April 2025: Introducing app notifications for payments and feedback

Get instant notifications when an incoming payment is received, so you can keep track of your savings as they grow. Plus, with our new in-app feedback feature, it’s easier than ever to share your thoughts and help shape future updates.

March 2025: Straightforward withdrawal process and ID enhancements

Read how we made it easier for you to withdraw your money and enhanced the identity validation when opening your first account. Learn how we've lowered the opening balance on some products and how we've put in steps so you don't accidently withdraw from your ISA.

February 2025: Clarity on first deposit step and task progress

Read how we made it easier to make your first deposit, added more progress bars, created a confirmation email when changing your address and reduced the amount we contact you when you haven't funded your accounts.
