Nottingham Building Society's Crystal Peaks branch
Over 10 million people a year flock to the Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre, situated seven miles south east of Sheffield city centre. This is due to a large selection of some of the biggest retailers in the UK as well as an indoor market, medical centre and gym. Close to the A57 and M1, Crystal Peaks also has strong public transport links via bus and tram. When the centre was opened in 1988 the honours were carried out by Roland Rat and Eddie ‘The Eagle’ Edwards!
Our branch is prominently located close to the main entrance to the shopping centre, close to all of its retail outlets and attractions. Whether it’s helping you open one of our many savings accounts or chatting about estate planning, our team of staff are ready to help. They can also assist with finding a mortgage through our mortgage broker service, provided by Nottingham Mortgage Services, or help you with home insurance.
Services available at our branch include
Bite-sized fact: In recent years bee hives have been put on the roof of the shopping centre to help combat the decline of the local bee population. The centre also supported local village Beighton in the Britain in Bloom and Yorkshire in Bloom competitions.
Sheffield (Crystal Peaks) is located near: Barlborough, Bolsover, Brimington, Catcliffe, Chesterfield, Dronfield, Eckington, Mosborough, Sheffield, Staveley and Worksop

Superheroes across Sheffield
Colleagues from our Crystal Peaks branch joined their peers from Sheffield Norfolk Row and Firth Park and showed they were extremely ‘cape-able’ of supporting a fantastic local cause.
As part of Superheroes Day they raised money for Hallam FM’s Cash For Kids by donning fancy dress and selling sweets in-branch, playing their part in an amazing £710,000 raised through fundraising events and activity across South Yorkshire.
