Nottingham Building Society's Wollaton Park branch

Well known for the picturesque Wollaton Hall and Deer Park, Wollaton is on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre and is a desirable place to live for many due to good public transport services, links to the road network – it is close to the A609, A610, A52 and M1 – and its choice of family homes and reputable schools. Popular attraction Martin’s Pond Local Nature Reserve is jointly managed by Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust.

Our Wollaton Park branch is prominently located on Middleton Boulevard, close to a barbers, hair and beauty salon, takeaways and car showroom. Branch staff can guide you through everything from opening an ISA or junior savings account to finding the right mortgage using our mortgage broker service, provided by Nottingham Mortgage Services, financial planning or buying or selling property. They will expertly assist you with our range of building society and estate agency services.

Services available at our branch include:

  • Building society
  • Estate agency
  • Mortgage advisers
  • Insurance
  • Estate planning
  • Financial planning

Our mortgages are great. But depending on your circumstances there may not be one that’s just right for you. So when you come to Nottingham Mortgage Services for a mortgage, we’ll search over 60 lenders to find a deal that is.

Savings

ISAs, fixed rates and easy access accounts, or savings ideas to get your little ones started. We have a range of savings accounts to suit everyone. We're also one of only three building societies to offer a Lifetime ISA - our award winning account is a great savings account available to those between 18 - 39 years of age saving for their first home or retirement.

Estate agency

With well over 25 years of experience, our local knowledge and dedicated advisers can make buying, selling and letting homes easier than ever.

Future planning

Families are everything so it’s important that they’re taken care of when you’re no longer around. We offer help with inheritance tax and life insurance provided by Wren Sterling as well as funeral plans provided by Dignity.

Having a sound financial plan in place is a great help in reaching your goals and aims! Wren Sterling can help you through any financial puzzles, providing financial advice to help you achieve what you want with your money. Wren’s advisers can discuss your whole financial picture - investments, protection, retirement planning and more.

Wollaton Park branch in the news

A festive Framework fundraiser

Creative assistant branch manager Thomas Mitchell came up with a tree-ly festive way of raising money for Framework.

A self-confessed lover of "making things and coming up with crazy ideas", Thomas decided to create Christmas tree ornaments to sell to members and colleagues for £1 - with all funds raised going to the homelessness charity.
